About Anti-Social Behaviour Case Reviews
On-going anti-social behaviour causing harassment, alarm or distress to individuals may need further intervention by organisations such as councils, police, health and registered social landlords.
A solution may be found by completing a joint case review and action plan. Victims and/or complainants are entitled to apply for a case review if the problem has not been resolved despite having previously reported it to one of more agencies, even if those agencies had supported a joint action plan.
The Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing requires local authorities and others to carry out anti-social behaviour case reviews, also known as ‘Community Trigger’.
